5 ways to use your wedding photo booth photos!

Oh Snap! If you are reading this, we can guess you are planning your wedding and can we just first say – Congratulations! If you are new to Oh Snap Photo Booths, welcome. We love to party and have two unique Calgary photo booths that make a stellar wedding guest. Darla is our photo booth camper – perfect for outdoor events and creating one heck of a backdrop for all those perfect Instagram pictures for your guests. Scarlett is our more traditional photo booth – a beautiful open air option that’s a better fit for indoor events or if your event is through the winter months!

Whether your choose an enclosed photo booth (like a photo camper) or an open-air photo booth (think – traditional without the enclosed box), it begs the question: what do you actually do with the photos you get after the event? You know you want photos of all your guests – that is a given – but you don’t want them living on a digital file never to be seen again either!

1. Add photo booth print outs to your thank you cards

Who hasn’t lost a photo booth print out by accident during a drunken stupor? What better way to thank your guests for the memories than to include a print out in the thank you card reminding them of the fun they have. When you book our photo booths, you get access to all of the digital copies for 60 days after your event. You can also opt in to receive an extra physical copy of each session for an additional cost.

2. Put your photo booth near the entrance and have guests sign them in lieu of a guest book

Whether you want them to sign their name or leave some advice for the newlyweds, you can have them sign their photo strip as a fun, interactive way to have a guest book!

3. Put your photo booth near the exit with the party favours (or in lieu of)

Let’s face it – favours are becoming kind of old school. But leaving your guests with something to remind them how much fun they had? Absolutely priceless.

4. Make a mini photo album of your photo booth moments

We know your “real” photo album will likely come from your professional photographer. But we think you will be surprised that in 5, 10, 15 years – how much you will LOVE looking back at all of your guests having fun. Photo booths capture each and every guest showing their personality and capturing those open-mouth laugh candids.

5. Share then with the world

After your event we send you a link to your online gallery of all the images taken by the photo booth. Create a #hashtag so when you share them with your guests they can use the hashtag. This is a fun way of sharing the best moments of your wedding with your friends and family that couldn’t attend. It also gives you a way of revisiting all the photos people took during your wedding.
